Parents Helping Parents (PHP)
Monday's ongoing support group opportunity meets at 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Family Network. This is a special kind of support from other parents in a group with a trained leader. Connecting with others who are going through the same things can really help. 1st Time' Parents
Come on Mondays at 2 p.m. for an opportunity to meet other parents, see other babies and explore and discuss the joys and concerns and "mysteries" of being a parent. Drop in any time or sign up for the complete session.

CHADD
CHADD is a national non-profit organization serving indivuals with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disdor (AD/HD).Our local chapter, support group has meeting held every second Tuesday of the month,
7:00 - 9:00 pm. (No meeting during the month of August.) Meetings are open to parents, relatives, and teachers, and often with speakers.

Jewish Family Service of Metrowest
The Mom-to-Mom program at Jewish Family Service of Metrowest is a home-based program for new mothers, providing experienced volunteer "mentor" moms to guide, advocate and educate isolated, depressed moms. The focus of the program is to offer individual support on a consistent basis, with the goal being complete competence with the care of a newborn child.

Children's Trust Fund
Healthy Families Massachusetts (HFM) provides strengths-based, family-centered, intensive home visiting services for all first-time parents ages 20 and under across Massachusetts. HFM home visits engage the whole family, including fathers, mothers, babies and extended family. Participants can enroll during pregnancy or any time prior to the child's first birthday.

Big Brother/Big Sister
Big Brother/Big Sister: Children from single-parent homes are being matched with adult volunteers at over 500 agencies located throughout the United States. The children as well as the volunteers come from all walks of life, and domonstrate the diversity of their communities.
The goal of the program is to help children realize their personal potential, enhance self-esteem, and broaden theor life experiences.
